Jason Recaps the 2000 Canadian Series

8/29/2000

Recapped By: Carl Hein

Jason Thomas ran the Canadian Nationals and felt it was a very positive experience for him.  Jason was one of the top dogs in this series and every race he had to be taken seriously.  Jason wasn't sure if this was the best decision when in started, but he is extremely happy he raced the series.

What Jason said hurt him in the series was a string of DNF's.

These were from crashes and a mechanical problem.  Jason

rode half the series with an injured wrist which is now just

getting back to normal.  As we all know if you can't hang on

how are you going to win?  Jason said "the Blackfoot Honda

team was extremely organized!" which was awesome for a

first year team.
