Atlanta was
a weekend I would rather forget. It started bad on Friday in practice with a high-speed
collision with Chase Reed. I was practicing a start and he pulled out
from behind the mechanics area as I was shifting in to 4th gear. I hit
him and flew a good ways and beat myself up pretty well.
Saturday wasn't much better as I spent a good majority of the day in the
medical trailer trying to get my body loosened up enough to race. I had a
strained pectoral muscle that was really bothering me all day. I tried as
hard as I could, but I was off my game pretty much from the start. I am
going to heal up this week and be ready for Indy next weekend.
