Jason Thomas Catches Up With Fans on His European SX Expierences
12/31/2003
Recapped By: Bubba Bunders
Jason is
now back in the U.S. after having spent over a month in Europe racing
Supercross. Jason arrived over in Europe in November and raced the Bercy
Supercross, Barcelona, Supercross, and Madrid Spain Supercross before the start
of the THQ World Supercross Series. Jason battled through the mud at Round 1 of
the World Supercross Series to finish 15th overall. At Round 2, Jason was
riding well and won his Semi to qualify for the Main. In the Main, he was
riding well until he landed extremely hard from one the jumps and bent his
front rim. He battled on to finish 16th overall in Holland.
I just
talked with Jason and he was just heading out with the rest of the Subway Race
Team to do some testing and practicing. Look for Jason riding his
Subway backed Honda at Anaheim this weekend.
